Yes, Commander Adama is unavoidable as Zeus, because he is the father of Apollo. But that's a cool observation about Zarek's reference!
See my Greek Influence post over on sciffy. My revised theory is more coherent, and there I did map Adama to Zeus. But there are other Zeuses as well, and different instances of Six (and Sharon) gets mapped to multiple gods.
