We're at #21.
BTW, yesterday I got mine at Suncoast (as soon as I finish watching it, and the deleted scenes it gets a five-star review on amazon.com.
I had pre-ordered it, but I did look at the shelf where they had it on display. They always seem to put new items on sale, and it was 19.99. I noticed that a great number seemed to have already been taken, and there were far less left than "Resident Evil: Apocalypse." I also asked the girl how they were doing, and she said they were selling pretty well.

Very good news indeed! In retrospect, I think it was wise they released the miniseries DVD right before the series premiere. Even though it was a long wait, the gain is that more buzz is going around about TNS. KR

I have another question related to the DVD. Some have been saying they received 2 discs, but I have only 1 disc. Are there any differences between the two, other than both sides are used for the 1 disc version? KR

This reminds me of the Star Trek sets and the screw-ups at Paramount all those months (years even) to prepare and they still cannot get it right. Paramount recalled the Generations DVD’s because it listed trailers on the cover that were not on the disk and several other Trek movies had incorrect cast photos or inverted ships printed on the DVD’s….is anyone working in quality control. At least the move plays and in the end that is all that matters.

Thanks Kingfish. Personally I would prefer a 2-disc version- but that's just me. Double Drats! But you're right mjm800: as long as it plays, that's the critical thing here. I posted the info anyway on the Home Page for those among us who have different versions. Happy New Year everyone! KR

I was at my local Wal-Mart supercenter which had the mini for $19.88. They has numerous copies. I wouldn't buy the thingy if it cost a penny and I found that penny in the parking lot.

2) people will but anything these days. Looking at the packaging some poor fool probably thought this is a decent remake or continuation. OS Vipers are on the cover. I find it absolutely ludicrous that anyone could even remotely suggest that someone looking at the new BSG mini series DVD might mistake it for something else for this reason (you can barely see the vipers and only the most fanatical fans would even notice the difference!!!). Anyone interested enough to buy the blessed thing is probably going to have enough interest to at least know about the new "re-imagination". If you truly believe us to swallow this nonsense then I suppose I could come along and postulate that anyone who buys the TOS DVD might also be buying it because they might mistake it for the new series. Do you think that is just as likely? It would have to be if you expect me to believe what you have posted. Utter garbage!!! I wouldn't mind if you came up with a half-way rational reason, but to spout such nonsense just reeks of the desperate anti-newBSG's clutching at straws to explain away something they aren't happy with.

Really. I was reading the back of the dvd. It stated 40 years after the Cylon war. Looks like it could mean continuation.
Baltar: I remember when your people looked like walking toasters.
We see an original cylon in a museam.
One could believe that the cylons have evolved.
If one didn't know one might think these characters are the decendants of the original characters.

If anyone is going to cough up the cash for that DVD they would probably have enough interest to know something about the new mini series (there were millions who viewed it on TV after all! Did they all think that they were watching the continuation after it was all done? ). Give me a break! This is nonsense... just ridiculous.

I think you may be suprised how many people buy a dvd just because you can say you have it.
