I'd assumed it was the first crossbreed between Cylons & Humans (i.e. Boomer & Helo's progeny). HAven't seen the episode yet but am afraid I have to disagree. Boomer has barely been 30 days pegnant!!! Waerth

My poor guy! He is not a great leader Tyrol is more experienced, Crash is a refugee who got the post of Lt because of his ability to fly raptors(or crash them). Still, I think he'll come good in the end.

My poor guy! He is not a great leader He could be in shock. He's just had to take of the controls of a crippled ship, get it through entry into an atmosphere without it burning up, bring it down sans cockpit canopy, find a place to land AND get it down intact enough with a turbine out and gods know what else fakked up. So many he'll pull himself together in the next season

Waerth As you've not seen the episode, you've not seen the key point: what Baltar sees is an illusion, inside his head - ergo, the baby could very well be Valerii / Helo's - he's simply seeing what is to come, not what currently is.

HAven't seen the episode yet but am afraid I have to disagree. Boomer has barely been 30 days pegnant!!! Waerth Doesn't necessarily mean he couldn't have seen it though. In his mindscape he's been with Six in his fancy house back on Caprica, so I shouldn't imagine seeing a baby would be too much of a stretch He could be in shock. He's just had to take of the controls of a crippled ship, get it through entry into an atmosphere without it burning up, bring it down sans cockpit canopy, find a place to land AND get it down intact enough with a turbine out and gods know what else fakked up. So many he'll pull himself together in the next season Yeah; shock! Works for me.

The new progeny is well the offspring of helo and boomer a cool human/cylon hybrid to bridge the gap between humanity and machine. Adama will be in a coma for half the season assuming he lives. Baltar will most likely start walking on water and boomer on Galactica I reckon will be replaced by pregnant boomer even tho they should both be locked in the brig for some sweaty prison shower action....i thinks it's ok to play with yourself.....

I was dissappointed with the males in this episode. It seems the fairer sex had all the fun whether it be blowing up a basestar, scrapping with a cylon superbitch and assassinating the Battlestar commander.

Sorry- slight cross-post there, didn't mean to re-emphasise ernestborg9's point.

I'm rewinding the VCR as I type to see if I can make out Six's exact words to Baltar. EDIT: She says "See the face of the shape of things to come".

I just have to ask this- how the hell did only 50,000 members of the human race survive and yet a great member of the bloody press core as well? I mean I get how but dang..how annoying.

I can see two reasons why boomer shot adama depending on whether EJO wants to come back.
1/ She is an enemy cylon and took him out as a threat. Adama live she is blown out of the airlock and Caprica boomer arrives up the duff.
2/ She is a friendly cylon and is aware that he is a cylon and shot him to help the humans. He could have arranged for the nuke to be stuck? He dies, a blood test reveals she is telling the truth about him.
Also how many people will they be able to fit in the cylon raider, I got the impression space was tight.

I was disappointed with Helo in tonight's episode. He should have let Starbuck kill boomer, after all boomer told him that the baby was part of the cylon plan. I hope that they don't kill him off next season by having him give up his place on the raider for pregnant boomer.
