Cant wait to watch it but dont want to because its the last in the series! Just for a few months it will be back either in summer or fall 2005. I am sure I do not need to tell you that it will be worth the wait. However, I do not think that they will show it in the UK frist hopefully they can show it at the same time.

If my recall is correct, in the UK a season is actually called a series while Americans call a season well.. a season..

Do you think that the UK and SciFi will be on the same page by then? By showing them at the same time??

Cant wait to watch it but dont want to because its the last in the series! Me, too. Just for a few months it will be back either in summer or fall 2005. I am sure I do not need to tell you that it will be worth the wait. However, I do not think that they will show it in the UK frist hopefully they can show it at the same time. A few month you say. It was bad enough having too wait for just a week. Too long, too long, There's going to be nothing to watch until the 2nd season airs in sept or oct this year Aaarrrggghhh, too long, just too damn long. I’m gonna get major withdrawal over the next few months, and I know I’m not alone in that. If my recall is correct, in the UK a season is actually called a series while Americans call a season well.. a season.. -Shawn We seemed to have picked up on the American usage of the terms nowadays. Series = the whole show ( x how years it runs for). Season = A years worth of the show. Aaaaarrrrrggggghhhhh, just cant’ wait ”a few months”Do you think that the UK and SciFi will be on the same page by then? By showing them at the same time?? Oh, god no. That would mean that we would have to wait longer. Aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrgggggggggghhhhhhhhhh! No, no, no got to be shown here first. Got to be shown here first!!!

Mild spoilers below...
The Guardian (London)
January 22, 2005
SECTION: The Guide, Pg. 71
HEADLINE: The Guide: Television: 24 January: Watch this
Battlestar Galactica
8pm, Sky One
The last episode of Galactica and it certainly goes out with a bang. Several bangs, actually. Usually when a show tries to flit between story threads you find yourself favouring one tale, getting impatient when too much time is spent on another. This has at least four different things going on and all are exciting and nerve-racking. They blow the remaining effects budget on a truly shocking cliffhanger ending that should have the geeks immediately petitioning for a second series - and not a cheap one set on Earth like they fobbed us off with before. PO'N

Can we post speculations here, or does that verge into spoiling territory?

OK - this all might seem very obvious, but from the infamous pics and the little trail at the end of Ep 12, it seems right to think that Boomer flies a Raptor mission that somehow destroys the Baseship and comes back to Galactica in triumph only to shoot someone very important?
And that Lee, trusting his instinct more, as his father told him too in the boxing match, does something or other that gets him into a confrontation.

If someone could clarify that would be good. I can't wait until tommorrow but I am dreading it too, I wonder if Sky will do that voice over at the end... "..and Battlestar Galactica will be back in the Autumn.." I'm praying, oh Lord I'm praying...
