POSSIBLE SPOILERS POSSIBLE SPOILERS POSSIBLE SPOILERS POSSIBLE SPOILERS POSSIBLE SPOILERS You are warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Viewers beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to add my two cents on the gateworld pics which have done a good job in misleading people even if this was not intended by whoever released them into the public domain. If you predicted the story ,way back in November, using these pics from when they were posted to the site you would have thought Helo was killed in the Hand of God episode due to lack of Caprica pics in later episodes. I think we were all fooled into believing that it was Lee who was wrestling with Starbuck on Kobol in the final episode. I strongly urge everyone to take the final episode pics with a pinch of salt. With this mind, I would like to add my 'prediction' for next week's episode and hope that I am totally wrong so that I may be thrilled on the edge of my seat! Ok, if Adama does get shot it looks like Tigh temporarily replaces him in command. I reckon he declares martial law and as a result confronts Lee who as we know supports Roselyn and her civilian government. We have seen evidence of his disapproval of her appointment from the mini. In an early draft of the script he goes head to head with her so there's enough grounds to point to this conclusion. As for the Helo versus Starbuck scene I think it is clear how this scene will unfold. If you rearrange the pictures you'll see that Kara is in the museum and administers an anti-radiation shot to herself by a statue. She spots Apollo's arrow. She aims her gun at the glass and shoots. She walks over and covets the artefact. Six appears behind her, Kara turns and is floored by her cylon foe. As hinted at by Katee Sackoff in an interview, there is one hell of a bitch fight. Starbuck manages to kill Six by stabbing her in the chest. With her adrenalin pumping she gets to her feet and encounters Helo. She attacks him and tries to draw her gun thinking he is also a cylon. Helo counters her move by grabbing her and redirecting the gun away from him. If you look closely he is trying to calm her down, his body language is not aggressive. I reckon this scene will end like the one in Aliens where Hicks tells Ripley to "ease down...ease down". Helo would have heard shooting and come running to that chamber, he would have seen Six with a knife in her chest and be convince Kara is human from that sight alone. If he still believed that Kara was a cylon why would he allow himself to get that close to something that could easily snap his neck in two, he kept well away from Boomer 2 even after he shot her last week. I think the fate of these two characters and the arrrow will be left for season two. As for Boomer 2, I reckon she will live. Moore is not going to waste the fact that she is pregnant by just having her die. I thoroughly enjoyed last monday's episode, even with after viewing the gateword pic. It was full of neat little twists which only goes to show how remarkable this series is and how it will turn out if the powers that be grant a renewal.

More spoilers More spoilers
Excellent hypthesis about the two boomers Ernestborg. If you look at the fight between Starbuck and Six you will see more evidence of this connecivity. In next monday's episode another model of Six gets the chance to beat the hell out of Starbuck for sleeping with her man!

Better spoiler warning, but you should say which episode it's spoilers *for* (i.e., episode 13.) I know this sounds stupid, but it helps. I think you will find examples in this thread where people warned spoilers, but it was about episode 12.
Episode 13 has been available on the net for a few days, and in higher resolution than normal and without a station logo. I really wanted to download it, to avoid having you guys spoil it for me. Evil, nasty spoilerses!

I only heard this. I did not download episode 13, so I don't know for sure if it exists.
Bschott on scifi.com wrote:
Someone questioned that he has episode 13, since it has not even aired, and he wrote:
His other posts seem respectable.

His other posts seem respectable. That is all well and good but that fact remains that I have been downloading for years, I have many connections, I know of sites and IRC channels that most people do not, and I have not seen a legitimate BSG 1x13 file. I am checking with some people now, however, I still have my doubts and if there are files labeled BSG 1x13 I would bet that they are fakes. If you really have it post a detailed review thread and then before or after episode 13 airs, we can all have a look.

Review From BBC Cult: The President finds religion in Kobol's Last Gleaming part one.
Galactica gains a mythic dimension this week when a life-supporting planet is discovered - and a vision convinces the President that it is the legendary Kobol. Pushed by a new faith in the stories of the gods, she convinces Starbuck to head back to Caprica to retrieve a holy relic.
Meanwhile, Baltar is finding that breaking up is hard to do when your lover lives inside your head, and Boomer can't quite say goodbye cruel world. Especially on Caprica, where, however many times Helo shoots her, she just keeps coming back.
In an episode that was itself standout, in a series that is itself standout, two things particularly struck me. One was the depth James Callis brought to Baltar when he movingly convinced the distraught Boomer that suicide was her only option. To me this was one of the saddest, and most shocking TV moments ever.
The second was how strong a sense that the people on screen had their own belief system, their own history and organisations. It was like being an anthropologist seeing just a small part of an ancient culture, not like being a Star Trek viewer presented with another Alien Of The Week.
It's sci fi produced like a prestige drama, so good that you wouldn't be tempted to flip channels even if Jonathan Miller walked into the room while you were watching it. Unlike most sci fi, Galactica doesn't need any excuses made for it. It's not "really good plot, but..." or "great effects, but..." There's nothing "but" in it, from the CGI, through the character development, to the direction, everything is perfect.
