This I'm not surprised to hear. Are the darn things any good, tho? The first three Armageddon, Warhawk, and Resurrection are excellent. After that the series begins to go downhill. Rebellion introduced the character of Jinkrat. I wonder if this wasn't the inspiration for the Tom Zarek character on the new show? Paradis outright stunk. |

OS wasn't camp since we are still discussing/defending it to this day. It lasted 25 years. How long will this dreck last? You can fool some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time. It can still be campy, and yet be discussed. And the show lasted a year. Not 25. Tibbetts |

Tibbetts I know the show lasted a year not counting Galactica 1980 but here we are still having emotional discussions about it. That is good considering another show that was considered to be finished was tos Trek. When it was cancelled the network sold it into syndication and the rest is now history. I wonder how great Next generation would have done if tos Trek had come back as a tv show? I saw a book titled Phase II which had a number of scripts for the first season of the show however the show had no Spock. |

There are people having "emotional discussions" about whether it should be Mary-Anne or Ginger, but that doesn't make Gilligan's Island significant or particularly good television. People will get overly emotional about the strangest things sometimes... even campy things.  |

Well-there was the 60's Batman. I liked that show, even though it was pretty campy!
To return to the topic of this thread,
How many think Hatch will become President this season?
How many think Hatch will return next season & be sworn in as President?
and How many think Hatch will be one of the primary stars of TNS in Season 2?
Inquiring minds want to know.
