Hi everyone! I just signed up and wanted to introduce myself. I've never really gotten involved in online fan sites before, but I love the new show and wanted to meet some fellow fans. Like probably everyone else here I grew up loving the original show. When the new mini started I was a little skeptical at first. But I once I watched the sucker I was in. I'm also a fan of Star Wars, some Star Trek, Firefly, and lots of other Sci Fi. Plus, I collect comics! Yes I'm a geek, but I have kissed a girl.

Great site! Came over from the galactica.tv site. Been a fan of the original series since it started, through thick and thin. Love the new show. So great to find so many supporters. Looking forward to chatting with everyone. Long live the Galactica. So say we all!

Hi everyone. Just had to say thanks for this incredible site. I've been reading/posting a bit on the Sci-Fi Channel site, but this one so is much better.
So many thoughtful and intelligent posts here. Glad to be here!
I watched the original BSG, and it had its corny charms, but this show is AMAZING. Love the cast, the sets...everything.
It's great to be along for the ride!

It's probably best to make my first post in the welcome thread! Only joined yesterday ish...
Firstly... hmmm... words to explain... nope can't find em.
WOW! Never been so excited about Monday coming after the weekend! lol. Loved every minute of the show. EVERY minute. - Even those great clips from R AND D after the creds.
Lollywit introduced me to the site. - Only other person in a square mile I knew had even heard of the new series let alone watched it!

Hi! I just joined Friday. I'm 49 & a fan of TOS as well as TNS, Doctor Who & Babylon 5. I hope that ten years from now, I'll be sitting here, reading about the 11th season of TNS!! I also like anime like Sailor Moon & collect trading cards.
