Hello all, In response to several requests for a Galactica forum centered around the new series, welcome to the board. This site will be a work in progress for some time, but hopefully we can offer fans a comfortable place to discuss their favorite show with other fans & become a part of the Galactica community. All fans of Galactica & sci-fi in general are welcome to kick up their heels & come in out of the radiation. Now everybody play nice & we'll all get along just fine here; after all, its a long way to Earth....  |

Thanks for the welcome and I am glad to be aboard! May I suggest that you make sure in a separate thread on the Sci-Fi Bbd you repeat the link to this site (I had to wade through a lot of posts to find your board link to register). That way more people will be able to join! Just so that no one thinks that I am trying to purposely use another "name", I'm actually "ah-chie" from the Sci-fi Bd... only when I tried to register as that, for some reason it wouldn't let me, so I had to choose a different "name" - but it is still me, all the same!  Is there any way I can get "ah-chie" back as the name I can use? |

Thanks, Alan; I had actually been working on the idea for a while & I had the main graphic mostly done, so when I saw an impetus I just sorta went ahead & did it. Its a lot easier than it used to be w' templates & readily-customaizable message boards, but we still got a ways to go . Thanks to all you guys for helping the site get off the ground. |

Well, the sections on the front page that aren't working yet will be fleshed out soon hopefully, but beyond that I'm certainly open to suggestions! What do you guys think we could use here? What kind of features would you like to see? Post them on the suggestions thread.... |

Hello, I am a member of several Galactica sites...and decided to give this one a try. I like the way you've laid out the formats into sections for TOS fans/TNS fans, and discussion/debate comparisons of the two. Well done. I am a fan of both shows...and consider myself a sort of Ambassador of Goodwill between the fandoms. Sweetness! Yes, RUSH is one of my top three favorite bands. Geddy Lee is an awesome bassist (all the musicians in that band are top of their field), and a vocal influence for me. Thanks for the warm welcome. Respectfully, Martok2112 |

Thanks for the warm welcome message. This is my first post at this board and it's also the first new BSG BBoard that I have joined in a year and a half.
I just wanted to wish Xenu and all of the members here that this board is a success and that everyone has a good time here.
I see lots of familiar handles from CA, CF, Skiffy and MB. This is a very diverse membership indeed! I'm looking forward to getting to know some of the unfamiliar handles along with chatting with the familar ones.
