Sorry to be cliched...for my Windows startup I have a TOS Cylon saying 'By Your Command', for the exit I have TNS Starbuck saying 'Striking a superior asshole' and for a critical stop/exclamation/other boo-boo I have TNS Boomer saying 'You know what? I don't give a frak!' I don't have any of the other sound events activated because they just drive me batty.
I used to have just the startup sound with Morpheus from the Matrix saying 'Welcome to the desert of the real' which was kinda fun and lasted nearly a year but of course then I disocovered BSG and had to completely Galactictify my computer! ;D

At present, Age of Empires mostly. I used to play Morrowind but got a bit bored with the aimless wandering about- there seemed to be an awful lot of that. And I get my dragon fix with Drakan, both the original PC game and the new one on PS2. All the guys I know say I play too many video games for a girl.

Maybe they put the light diode laser shooters in there so the more violent members of the public aren't tempted to throw the bowling balls at each other. ;D

That was never my aim, but I do like having something good to look at on my desktop. It's a wonder you ever get anything done!

'Fraid not! One of the principle pictures is of the opening shot of 'Fallen' where a certain Dr Jackson is lying in a field with no clothes on.... and when you consider that this was filmed in a field in Canada in Febuary... it's a damn miracle the poor boy didn't get hypothermia! ... If you see anything good, would you mind posting a linkie? Dr Jackson? Meh. I prefer Sam. ;D If I find any useful sort of sites for desktops featuring folk I'lll stick them up here. The gods know there are few enough out there...

This one's currently on the 'home' pc A collage of a certain SG-1 actor showing a lot of skin I guess it's too much to hope that the personage is Amanda Tapping, eh? ;D My desktop is the Apollo and Starbuck official one from scifi.com. Not that exicting. And to be frank I'm getting kind of sick of it, but I like folk rather than scenery/Cylons on my deskies so I'm going to have to go on a picture hunt some time soon.

That'd be cool.
I've never done any online RPGs before, so I'll take your word for it.

Would that be board-based somewhere, or an email one? Sounds like a giggle, at any rate.

At least we don't have to worry about the forehead prostetics or the stuck on Klingon eyebrows etc.

I was planning on getting a pair of combat trousers and some t shirts to recreate the off duty pilot look. I think the top bit would be a grey sleeveless T shirt and a racing vest worn back to front. Could work.
Dunno about the uniforms etc, though. I'm not much of a seamstress. We need costumers for conventions, though!

Oooooh. Sounds good. I'll watch this space.
Not continuously. Obviously. I mean, I'm not going to just sit here and stare at the- oh, lords, somebody stop me. Eagerly awaiting the new POV version. ;D

Oooooooh. They're tres groovy, Xenu. I like the "Apollo With Apollo At Gunpoint" particularly. That shot made me laugh when I originally watched Bastille Day. The serious tone of the episode aside, I couldn't shake the impression that Richard and Jamie were in some way poking fun at each other the whole time. ;D
