BTW VPM, what's with that new siggie? Fish heads? Part of the lyrics to a video song played on MTV back in the beginning. I was inspired by the discussion on the MTV thread (in our music folder ragnaranchorage.proboards25.com/index.cgi?board=music&action=display&thread=1109046840) so I tracked down the lyrics and decided to use a little of them as my siggie. The song has been a family favorite since we first saw the video on MTV back in the early 80's, however I was pleased to see that some here remembered and like it. Usually people look at me like I'm strange when I mention it!

It doesn't, it just amuses me and makes you ask questions!

It doesn't, it just amuses me and makes you ask questions! Ask a fish head anything you want to, they won't answer they can't talk. Am I remembering rightly when I think that Bill Paxton was in the video?

Frankly, I don't know as its been a long time since I've seen the video.
It would be interesting to know the answer to that question.

Glad we still got this thread... Today is the birthday of the-one-that-got-away. Way away...and I kinda helped the trip along, to put it mildly. Every year on this day, my friends give me reasons why I should'nt call or send a card...but I've heard all theirs a million times by now, so I need some new reasons. You guys help me out...be brutal; I can take it.

Ah, when my best friend (female) broke up with my other best friend (male) one of HIS friends had something to say that I think helped him on the road to recovery...
"Never mind, you two looked like you were related anyway."

Okay, you should leave her be because...
...otherwise you'll end up in her back garden with binoculars and then the police get called in and you end up with a big 'ol restraining order slapped on, plus you end up running away with twigs in your hair which is never a good look.

That'd never work anyway....I'm too lazy to stalk anybody....not to mention the twigs You're pretty good at this, though...I need to have this kind of advice around before I screw things up next time...

"Him! Heh, heh, heh. This can't be William Wallace! I am prettier than this man!" (sorry, watched Braveheart this past weekend. I loved that character, Stephen!)
Pardon me as I wax a little Zen (or something) on you... you wouldn't be where you are now if you weren't where you were then.
Send her a message or don't send her a message, what ever you feel is right. You strike me as a very level-headed guy, you'll figure it out.
Other than that, I'm fondly reminded of the scene from History of the World, part 1 during the Stone Age segment, when they're having the funeral and at the end of the funeral they heave the body out of the cave with a big grunt and spit on it (as in good riddance!)

You're probably right, VPM.....not to mention the fact that she'd be more likely to take a call from Charlie Manson without hanging up before she would from me...its good to have positive reinforcement, though... Oddly enough, Comicus & I share the same job... "You're a bullsh*t artist!"
