Actually, I miss-stated the "Cow Pie". The package calls it "Kansas Cow Chips (Pure Chocolate - no doo doo)"! Its a flat circle, about 4 inches in diameter, of belgian chocolate with almonds in it! And looking back on that discription, it still sounds weird. Okaaay...!

In my head, the knife seemed weird in a Psycho-someone-outside-of-the-shower-curtain kind of way. Although that is definitely NOT what I'm going to be using it for!

I got a digital camera, so now I can run around after all my shy friends and take pictures of them. Heheh. Watch the camera-shy folk SCREAM in terror!!!!

My hubby gifted me with a digital camera for my birthday back in September. They are soooo much fun! So convenient to take tons of pictures with then upload to my laptop, which hubby has set to scroll through all the pics as a screen saver. I especially like to bring both when traveling so I can immediately show off the larger versions of the pics soon after I take them. Has especially been a boon since we moved 3 hours away from most family and friends last August . Helps us to keep in touch and allow family and friends to continue to see the growing progress of our 2 yr old son.
