Reading another thread about ending the series on a cliff hanger, I thought well, there HAS to be at least one.
There are 12 cylon models right? But how many have we been shown to be cylons? Is it four?
So there's another 8 to be revealed. To do that in two episodes wouldnt really be plausible unless they go for an angle where we suddenly see them all and the others bear no resemblance to any of the regular characters. A cop out in other words.
If they do that then they obviously werent confident about a second series...
Am I right we have only seen four human cylons so far?

We've almost certainly seen at least one more model, but don't KNOW it because they haven't been revealed. Whether this is a planned-from-the-beginning plot twist or will be the result of one of the actors wanting to leave the show and the writers choosing to kill them off by unmasking them as a Cylon, it's too early to tell.
Going from the miniseries alone, MY personal leading candidates are:
1.) Dualla or Billy Keikeiya. Dualla may have been the one who planted that thingie on the DRADIS console, and her corridor kissy-face scene with Billy reminded me of the makeout style of our other known Cylons, Six and Boomer. Billy is a suspect due to the kissy-face scene as well as a few bits of defeatist/bad advice he gave President Roslin, notably the subtle reminder about cute little Cami being left behind to die on the Botanical cruiser. I'd be willing to bet at least one of this pair is a Cylon, but I can't be sure which it is (assuming one isn't, which I'm not sure about either).
2.) William Adama. As a big-name star, he's a leading candidate for the "make him a cylon and kill him off so we don't have to pay him the big bucks and he can go back to making movies" cop-out. Also, note his initial strong unwillingness to flee as Roslin demanded, and his determination to get the ship into the fight, in a fight against such overwhelming odds that it would be pure suicide. But unless they kill him off as a cost-saving measure, I strongly doubt the writers will go this route. Not least because that would probably mean Lee and Zack are also Cylons. Not that this is an impossible idea, but I find it unlikely that they'd kill off THAT much of the leading cast.
And one more guess based on what I've read of the series so far...
3.) Tom Zarek (Richard Hatch). Aaron Doral gave hints that he was a Cylon by continually trying to undermine Roslin's authority during the crisis, spreading panic and dissent, and otherwise simply being a pr!ck. From what I've read of Mr. Zarek, he falls into a similar vein. And I doubt the writers could resist the irony of making Richard Hatch play a Cylon in disguise. When his episodes finally air in the USA, I'll see if I need to revise this prediction.
If all these prove true, that gives us, at most, the following Cylon models:
Tom Zarek Billy Keikeiya Dualla William Adama Lee Adama Zak Adama
That's six more, for a total of 10. I doubt the writers will reveal ALL 12 models any time soon, so as to leave the door open for future guest-star Cylon models. And if we ever get close, there will probably be a revelation that the Cylons have come out with a "Model 13" or somesuch.

I doubt Zarek is a Cylon. He's been in prison for what? 20 years? Though never stated AFAIK the Cylon infiltration of humanity is probably at most 5 years old. Baltar had known No.6 for two years I believe and Boomer probably only joined the military at most 3 years ago (after all her family were killed) To tell the truth I doubt any more of the crew of the Galactica are Cylons, it all really depends on how much of what has happend was planned in advance by the Cylons. It's clear enough that the Cylons wanted some humans to survive the destruction of the 12 Colonies but did they plan for the Galactica to lead the fleet? Were there other Cylons enlisted in the military stationed on other Battlestars in case they survived the war? I doubt the Cylons could get multiple copies of the same model into the Military which means that at most they could have sleeper agents on 12 Battlestars. As it was there were at least two Cylons (Boomer and Doral) on Galactica when war broke out which to me suggests that it was always part of the plan for Galactia to survive. Can the same be said for Roslin? Was it part of the plan for her to become the new President? If so then Billy is certainly a prime suspect for a Cylon but then again Doral was in a position to infulence her as well. If it was just chance that she was the highest ranking official left alive then I doubt Billy is a Cylon. The other main factor in figuring out who could be a Cylon is of course how the Cylons created their 12 models? Were these once real people that were copied (with one copy taking over the originals life) or were they created from scratch and given fictious backgrounds. If the later neither Adama can be a Cylon as William was around long before the Cylons started their infiltration and he might be a bit suspicious if he suddenly had a son he knew nothing about If the former then it is possible that Lee was copied and replaced before arriving on the Galactica and William too could have been replaced at some point. I personally think that the Cylon models were not based on real people (possibly they are based on the Lords of Kobol/Greek Gods though) which means that any character we are shown a history of that dates back more than 5 years is a human (we were told Boomer's history but not shown it).
