For those who want to know why the Cylons look human, why Starbuck & Boomer are women, why Mary McDonnell fits the President's role so well, and most especially why RDM wanted to reimagine TOS- then review the BSG: Lowdown special on the BSG 2003 DVD. I found the answers to be pretty straightforward and logical. KR

Thanks for mentioning that KR!
I found it very interesting for that reason too!
It pretty much answers all those types of questions and what "The Lowdown" doesn't cover, the commentary does.
;D

Hummm I had not bothered to watch it but I will now. Is the Lowdown that will be shown on Jan. 14th going to be this one or a different one?

On the 14th that's the series Lowdown & its only 20 minutes or so long. The Lowdown I'm referring to is the 42 minute program which preceded the G2003 mini. Its on the DVD. KR

I love that extra. The only problem is that when I hear Jamie Bamber speaking in his English accent it just cracks me up. Come to think of it, the fact that Katee got interviewed in her car kind of cracks me up too. Perhaps I should get out more...

I think this could be a Caprica Westcoast accent ;D

#1 I don;t have the CD but it seems like they might have been taking anything to fill it up if they have to get an interview from a car to put on it. Hummmmm sounds like they were reaching to me.

Nah, just the usual case of breaking the monotony of actor interviews. Note that everyone was in a different kind of location. Aaron Douglas and Grace Park looked to be at ease with each other, certainly
