Episode 10 Info and Explanations sought

HI Everyone!

I guess I'm a little confused. When did the Caprica Sharon turn up pregnant? Where does it say months later. I don't mean to be dense, I'm just a little confused. The sight I read mentions a spoiler, but I haven't seen this mentioned in a spoiler yet. Any help with explanations would be appreciated. ;D

Ep 10 has not been aired anywhere except someone has apparently seen it and written a review. The first9 eps spanned 4 weeks I think but ep10 jumps to several months later so Caprica Sharon maybe pregant

Or will they do a genetic recombination explanation like on V: The Miniseries.
