O.k., when Micheal Hogan (I think it was him) guest starred on "Andromeda," they said "Battlestar Galactica's Micheal Hogan." But what will they say when Hatch's episode comes up. "Battlestar Galactica's Richard Hatch," will confuse everyone who isn't especially familiar with the original series. Maybe "Battlestar Classic's," "The Second Coming's," or "The Great War of Magellan's." Or maybe "Original Seres Star Richard Hatch."

I doubt it was his work on TOS that got him the gig, rather it was his resent work on TNS that landed him the part.

Certainly The Original Series' star is a bit over the top, don't you think?

The way I see it Hatch is now a recurring character on TNS, and you get credit for you most current/resent work. I doubt that they would credit him with the Original BSG title when he is on TNS payroll. Just a theory though, please let us know what they do say, as I do not watch Andromeda.

Actually, (and still somewhat to the dismay of many TOS traditionalists), they probably will say "Original series star Richard Hatch" because the show still wants to hook more original series fans.

Knowing Scifi, I doubt they'll say anything at all.
