They should add a third race; nonhuman aliens ofcourse, - they shouldn't look nor act human .
Make them big and powerful but with an entirely different range of weaknesses and limitations .
Make them ancient . Make them humanity's ancient enemies .
Or, make them the enemies of the Cylons .
Cylons wiped out humanity and occupied the colony planets as a new home, for their old home planet was destroyed by the third race . .
