This has probably already been discussed but did you guys see the Firefly (Serenity) cameo in the miniseries? In the beginning of the scene where the Secretary of Education finds out she has cancer, the camera is looking through a skylight and you can see Serenity coming in for a landing! I saw the miniseries for the first time on DVD and I caught it on the second time watching it through. Aside form that, the new series is absolutely awesome, and if the same quality is maintained it will go on for a good long while.

Yep its been raised many times but the more ppl talk about firefly/serenity the better ;D
The sfx team behind BSG are the same team behing firefly so thats why we get the realistic cam and serenity flying through the sky in the mini.

I know...I'm sort of teasing. Bollocks is one of those english terms that we americans don't use at all - I only learned it because I went to University in the UK.
Also it's a weird term in that usage because it doesn't seem likely that calling something a dog's testicles would be complimentary.

It's like saying something is 'wicked' when it means the opposite, a late 20C trend of saying the contradictory term, started in mainstream with Michael Jackson coining the word 'Bad' as something that means 'good'

I know but for some reason to us english folk it works - it is totally nuts but it works - the english love to basterdise english ;D
