Well, even if he controlls interlectual rights (which would include the show's name sake) the Pegasus, could always be named something different, like Pheonix, or Thor.
I want more budget ploughed into this. I don't want a sci-fi soap opera.
More to the list...
Baltar finds his allegence outside the fleet.
Some f'ed up m'theory time/space dynamics. (What ever else happens, if this was taken on-board it'll blow everyones minds)
Tactical evolution, like the armour/tactics race in WWII. Constantly evolving through out the course of the show. (playing on that, dimensional displacement shields(tm lol), where objects shift in and out of our 4D reality), Warped bombs and counter measures.
Helo / CapBoomer make their way back to Galactica, expose GalBoomer, suss out they are both rogue and overcome their control programs. More internal Cylon insight.
We find out where the Cylon home planet is.
More flashbacks to the assault on the twelve colonies. Maybe through new characters.
More on the Cylon rebellion.

Pegasus, no question, guest star appearence as Cain, Wesley Snipes.
Some kick arse vitriol against a few base stars.
Katie Sackhoff in the buff.
Some other classes of Colonial fleet.
Boxey in some deranged form of acid melting torcher, tied to Tigh's wife. A bit like that guy in Robocop and the vat of toxic waste.
Something other than 'are they aren't they' plot lines.
Lucifer as a C3P0 type pastiche.
To see the Galactica use it's main spinal guns on something.
More CG Cylon stuff, some sort of Ice Planet scenario, without the double stilton from the 70's.
More of an understanding of the fleet facilities.
Some of the on planet hardships, like the mining of water etc. Ie, outside the fleet.
Inside a new Basestar.
More of the Cylon religion/belief structure.
More of the Colonial religion/belief structure.
More, as I think of them.........

Yeah, that was particulary clever. Can't wait to watch it again on Sky One Mix, this time with the video set, I've recorded all the others but missed the best so far. Duh!!!

Don't know, maybe the MkII's were the only platform to carry specific ordnance.

Not sure mate.
I thought I saw one with a MkII paintjob out of a cockpit shot on the asteroid, but I think I was wrong.

'g' as in force. When changing direction, your body, anywhere, has to withstand the change, gravity or no gravity.

He obviously didn't put 2&2 together, and missed the clues.

Great movement on the Vipers, we even see some reverse breaking thrust.

11 out of 5
I missed the first 18mins, but the rest was the best episode by a long, long shot.

Agreed, a series should be a rollercoaster, not a merry-go-round. I also like the non-plussed endings to the shows.
I'm a stalewart TNS fan, for it's darkness, for it's depth of understanding. But now we are in the lull of it's airing, that last episode was a bad one to leave us on for 4 weaks.
My brother and his girlfriend are a litmus test (excuse the pun) for this series. I like it, but that's probably for it's real space flavour, which they don't hold. They are 2 of the 3/4 million viewers in the UK, they at the moment are apathetic. We who talk about it are probably 50 out of 750,000 viewers, possibly 100 at a stretch.
Now you say that's Hollywood, I probably agree (the rollercoaster ride), but we've only seen 1 out of 9 where there's a typical HWood ending. Cool, but if I was, 're-inventing' sci-fi, I'd definately take note at what was really working and try and expand on that.
Quite possibly I'm playing devils advocate here. But when we see the story probing into different possabilities, then seeing a repitition of final outcome, warning signs start ringing with me. Is this going to be the easy outcome of an episode, like early x-files.
I don't want to spit dummies here, I just want it to be noted, that RDM's audience (me, lol) will not stand for regurgitated format, as time filler. Filling it with new possible Cylons will get very tiresome very soon.
As I said, not loosing faith, just pointing out, that there must be more.
