That was never my aim, but I do like having something good to look at on my desktop.

It's a wonder you ever get anything done! Makes me glad I can't have a desktop image at work as it would cause no end of hassle! So it's just an uninteresting shade of blue. It used to be eyewateringly pink, but now it's boring and blue. I mean, my co-workers know I'm strange - they don't need the evidence!

I am running Windows XP Pro. I use windowblinds for the skin, background and icons. The side bar is called sysmetrix and the calender is called rainlender. Sysmetrix and rainlender are free, I beleive that Windowblinds has a trial or something.

My is just a picture of my two dogs. I havent changed mine, after I put up my dogs pic. on desktop since then. Too cute for me to change and I would feel guilty if I did...weird huh?
One of dog looks like she is jumping out of screen (I meant for monitor, I am serious. I know toward camera but...) and my other dog look like she is saying, "huh?" I dont know how to put picture like this on this thread but it's a cute picture.
I dont know how to change my icons like some of you guys did.
