You look a little shocked at something, Blade. Is someone out of view stealing all your cookies or something? ;D

Here's another pic from the same trip to England. That's me with my Father outside the entrance to Churchill's WW2 command bunker. Of course, I'm the guy with the beard on the right.

Bejeezus. You're Christian Bale without the cheekbones! ;D Hmmmm...I don't see the resemblance. I thought he looked more like half the Harry Potter fan-art of Sirius Black. (Who is something of a sex symbol in HP-fan circles, so that's also not too bad...if you have a thing for the adolescent girls who make up so much of the HP fan community)

Well, that's okay. The really teenaged HP fangirls tend to fixate on Draco Malfoy and Harry himself. It's the 20-somethings who go for Sirius Black and Remus Lupin.
Those 30 and up tend to have very unhealthy fixations on Professor Snape for some ungodly reason...

Don't ask us to explain it, because we can't. There's just something about Alan Rickman. Even so, the question should be asked why this "something" only becomes apparent to a woman once she's past her 30th birthday. Is it hormonal? Something in the water? Alien implantation?

As for the somthing about AL, I think a lot of it is to do with the voice, it just too damn sexy. The voice helps, but it's not just the voice for me. I have always been attracted to those who I consider to have interesting faces. Faces with character. Sure, I won't deny the good looks of pretty boys like DiCaprio or Jude Law, but they don't seem "real" to me. Of course, what I consider interesting and attractive, my friends often consider to be ugly. And there also has to be self-confidence. Not arrogance or conceit, but a quiet and sure sense of self. The only pretty boy I can think of who has that is Johnny Depp. I readily admit that I'm a bit strange. I find Commander Adama to be the most "interesting" male on BSG. Calli

Excuse me, I'm eighteen and have an unhealthy fixation with Alan Rickman in all his film incarnations! I guess that's what comes of sweeping generalisations. ;D
