A lot would depend on the context (friendship/relationship etc.), but provided my sense of self-preservation doesn't tell me that lying or simply keeping schtum would be the less painful option, yeah!

I always find that being fleet of foot is the best policy in those circumstances.
Ducking is all very well, but if she aims low you're still a target. Thus, best option is simply to get out the way! ;D
