It would take a while to prep it anyway, so they'd have time. Actually, they could maybe release a mini to start the spin-off along with the premiere of season 3, then get the series ready to go with season 4. That would work. Yeah. That could work. ;D Tibbetts |

Well here's my thought...
I was thinking about watching Six Feet Under and an idea hit me. In that show everyday starts with someone dying and somehow linking it to the funeral home.
I was thinking that a series that took place in the days/weeks just prior to the attack would be amazing. Just everyday people in their lives. The end of each episode being The End of The Colonies. You could even do it from the Cylon point of view in order to keep some sort of continuity in the characters.
Now, granted if you kill everyone off at the end of every episode it makes casting next to impossible, but in a perfect world I'd love to see it.

Hey I like this! It can be story that also includes about struggle among cylons who doesn't believe in god (hey it is possible) or have pity, sympathy for humans.
BSG is a gifted show. It create so many possibles for new stories. It allows one story line to cross or meet other line or split into more lines from one story line; ie, Caprica story.
I won't mind having spin off series or whatever they bring to us, hey, I will be very excited.
