The Cylons meet the Borg and become one with them. Now there are cylon borg (Glowing sweeping red eye an all) saying "you will be assimilated.....by your command" and then they wait for you to give the word!

(It's about time. I was wondering when you'd get here.) (I'm going to have to ask for your resignation, Madam president.) (No, this is wrong. Tell your men to stand down!) (No, this can't be happening.) (She's a Cylon! ... No, no, you can't, she's pregnant!) (Hey, nice work.) (Thank you... Thank you, sir! Blam, blam.)

Queue slow music something like Blade Runner's dream piano music. The doctor stands over Adama on the operating table, and there is a shocking amount of blood. The heart monitor is flatlined and the doctor pulls a sheet over the body. Blood droplets fall from the table, in slow motion and with a booming sound.

We see someone talking to Roslin through the cell bars, but the only sound we can hear is the music. A tear runs down Roslin's face and splatters on the floor in slow motion with a booming sound.

Acting Commander Tigh sobs and collapses in his cabin, in a drunken stupor, his glass slipping from his hand and shattering on the floor in slow motion with a booming sound.

Zarek slips out of Ellen's drunken embrace and leaves his cabin. Her glass slips from her hand and shatters on the floor in slow motion with a booming sound.

Six shows Baltar countless more cradles behind the curtains, and explains that he will soon be the father of a hundred little Cylons. A discordant chorus of crying drowns out her last words. Baltar faints, falling straight backwards onto the floor of the theater, in slow motion and with a booming sound, winding up a crucifixion pose.

[Queue introductory music/video/credits and evil, nasty spoilerses.]

Starbuck urges Helo that they have to leave now, before more Cylons show up. Starbuck holds the Arrow of Apollo in one hand while supporting herself on Helo's shoulder with the other arm, as they limp towards the raider. Hiding behind some debris, Sharon watches with an evil grin on her face.

Sgt. HADRIAN: Lt. Gaeta, Sir! Acting Commander Tigh has been found unconscious in his quarters.
LT. GAETA (wild-eyed): Attacked?!
HADRIAN: Intoxicated, sir! The doc has relieved him of command. With Captain Adama in the brig and Lt. Starbuck AWOL, I believe that leaves you the senior officer on duty. Acting Commander, sir!
[Lt. Gaeta nods solomnly, turns away, breaks into an evil grin.]
[On her way out, Sergeant Hadrian passes Boxey in the hallway. He has a real wolf.]
HADRIAN: Nice daggit... where did you get him?
BOXEY: He was a guard daggit on the prison ship.

Standing over Baltar on the theater floor, Six screams "Baltar, Baltar!" over the cacophony of baby cries. Baltar half coherently says, "This is impossible." Six explains, "I was ovulating every time. A hundred times I got pregnant, and a hundred times a pregnant Six left Caprica. Come with me, stud." Suddenly the scene shifts to pre-nuke Caprica.

SIX: I have to go. I'm meeting someone.
BALTAR: Really? Who is he? I'm insanely jealous.
SIX: I doubt that.
BALTAR: So touchy today. Well, as a matter of fact, I'm meeting someone too. Business. A new project at Defence I might do.
[Scene shifts back to Kobol.]
Internal SIX to Baltar on the theater floor: You mean a girl you might do?
Kobol BALTAR: No! Oh, uh...
[Scene shifts back to Caprica in the past...]
BALTAR: So, uh, you'll call me later, right? [Walks off.]
SIX: [Turns.] It's about time. I wondered when you'd get here.
[Camera zooms out to show Six meeting another Six.]
OLD WOMAN: [To her husband] Look at the twins... how adorable!
SIX2: Sorry I'm late, sir. Are you pregnant?
SIX: Yes. We must switch our consciousnesses immediately. Then you must leave with my unborn child before all hell breaks loose!
SIX2: Yes, sir.
[Camera spins around them very quickly, and then they leave in opposite directions.]
TYROL: Dr. Baltar, Dr. Baltar!
[Baltar startles awake in the grass, still in his crucifixion pose, looking up at Tyrol. Baltar is even more of a nervous wreck than usual.]
BALTAR: This is impossible.

Gaeta is talking on the phone, apparently taking orders from someone. As he hangs up his phone, the picture shifts to Priestess Elosha hanging up her phone. Speaking to her followers, Elosha promises that their souls will be saved if they die doing God's work. Elosha orders her followers to attack and take control of the conn. Victory is swift and bloodless, because Acting Commander Gaeta is also one of the rebels and orders his marines to stand down when the conn is stormed by rebels.

Elosha and Gaeta have a callous discussion about their ordering the killing of the assassin on Colonial Day, as well as ordering Lt. Valerii to kill Adama, but it being "the Will of the People, and of God, so say we all."

Gaeta goes on the P.A. and introduces Elosha as the new leader. Also on the P.A., Elosha makes a big religious speech, "I accept the position of Prophet, as it is the Will of the People. And of God. Yes, one God. We have seen the Truth. God will save us, if we accept His love. Together, we shall all find salvation. I grant a full pardon to Lt. Valerii. It is the Will of the People. And of God. So say we all. The sacred scrolls tells us...]"

Picture shifts to Zarek, listening, even while he gives orders to his men.

While Elosha rambles on with her sermon over the P.A., the picture shifts to Gaeta releasing Boomer from the brig, while Apollo and Roslin scream their outrage. Boomer returns with Gaeta to the Conn, getting some nasty looks from the captured marines. Elosha waves her hands over Boomer as a blessing.

Starbuck and Helo arrive at the raider, only to meet up with Starbuck. Tears well up in Galactica Starbuck's eyes. Helo shoots and kills the Starbuck in front of him., and turns the gun on the Starbuck beside him. Galactica Starbuck nods, tears running down her face. He kills her with a head shot.

On Kobol, Cally spots Cylons (updated chrome toasters) closing on their position. Crashdown doesn't know what to do. Tyrol suggests that sometimes the only option is surrender. Baltar bolts straight up and says, "Noooo!!!" He says that he knows where Athena's Tomb is, and they can hide there. Baltar runs off, urging everyone to follow. Crashdown screams, "run!"

DUALLA: [Flanked by rebel guard.] Excuse me, but contact! One ship, bearing 110-258... it's a Cylon, a raider.
GAETA: [Looking at a Cylon transponder.] It's Starbuck's raider. Tell the CAP to stand by.
DUALLA: CAP, stand by. Do not engage bogey. [Listening to radio, eyes bug out] Nice-to-hear-your-voice... [Glances nervously at Boomer across the room] ... oh-and-hello-Helo-too? And you have the Arrow of Apollo?
GAETA: Tell them they are clear to land the raider.
DUALLA: [Whispers] But sir, it's Helo and Boomer...
ELOSHA and GAETA: [Whisper, to each other.] Boomer?!
GAETA: Hmmm. Tell them they are cleared to land. That's an order!
DUALLA: Yes, sir... [To radio]Colonial raider, Commander Gaeta says you are cleared to land.
BOOMER and HELO: [Whisper, to each other.] Gaeta?!
DUALLA: Uh, welcome home?
GAETA: Order the CAP to follow them in and prepare the fleet to jump to Kobol.

Crashdown, Cally, Tyrol, Baltar, and the others run, chased by the Cylons. They make it to the Tomb of Athena, and are able to block the entrance, but the Cylons have them trapped.

Elosha and Gaeta approach Galactica Boomer. The air is tense. Abruptly, Elosha kneels and orders everyone else to kneel before Boomer. The captured marines comply only after their knees are kicked from behind.

ELOSHA: [To Boomer.] By the power vested in me, on behalf of all the Colonials, I offer you our complete and unconditional surrender. We know the Truth. We know that there is one God, one God whom we love. We know that we are the descendants of created beings who rebelled against their masters. All of this has happened before, and all of this will happen again. So the sacred scrolls tells us. You are no different than us. We are all Cylons. We will join with you. We now have the Arrow of Apollo, and together we will find Earth and spread the word of God there.
GAETA: It is the Will of the People. And of God. So say we all.
BOXEY: No, we don't.
GAETA: How did you get in here?
ZAREK (entering): I let him in. My men are now in control of the rest of Galactica. We will not allow ourselves to become instruments of the Cylons!
BOXEY: [To daggit-wolf.] Kill. [Points towards Gaeta. The daggit-wolf lunges and bites Gaeta's neck with a crunching sound. Gaeta collapses, lifeless on the ground. Zarek's men storm the conn and take control, binding the hands of Boomer, Elosha, and the rest of the rebels.]

Trapped in Athena's Tomb, Crashdown et. al hear digging sounds. Crashdown weighs their options and says, "We will not allow ourselves to become prisoners of the Cylons." Crashdown pulls out a grenade. Baltar is the first to nod his head and put his hand Crashdown's hand, the one which is on the grenade. Internal Six screams a blood curdling "no!" The others slowly agree and add their hands on top. As the light of day breaks into the tomb, Crashdown pulls the pin.

ZAREK: [Harshly.] Dualla, give me a firing solution!
DUALLA: But...
ZAREK: [Gently.] Give me a firing solution. [Points gun to her head.]
BOOMER: [Blood curdling scream] No!!!
DUALLA: Firing solution entered. [Sobs]
ZAREK: Fire!
[Galactica's guns open fire on every ship in the fleet. They are all destroyed.]
ZAREK: [On radio.] Activate the nuke.
MAN ON RADIO: Yessir... 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 [Each second, the scene flips from Galactica conn to the Tomb of Athena, or vice versa.]
ZAREK: We're coming home.

[Blackness, silence, BSG theme music, roll credits.]

Here's my contribution:

They get jumped by the cylons and a big fight insues. Several vipers are lost, a few civilian ships are destroyed. The situation gets desperate, some ships are having FTL problems and can't jump. A nuke is directly on course for the Galactica and she can't move fast enough. In one last heroic stand, Apollo flys his viper into the nuke, intercepting it and giving the Galactica, and the rest of the fleet the extra 10 seconds they need to jump.

After jump the fleet come across a solar system with several planets. They have stumbled onto Earth!! It's just as described!! So they make for Earth and organize landing groups to go down and meet the people. Once down, Roslin and the gang meet up with the leaders of this world.

Just before the Earth president comes out, the Galactica calls down with a frantic emergency. The Cylons have appeared!! Six Basestars!! Civilian ships exploding left and right!! Swarms of Raiders engulfing them! The Cylons are all over them like white on rice in a glass of milk on a paper plate in a snow storm!!

The landing group looks up as the Earth president walks out and looks at them with one red glowing dot moving side to side.
