"Six of One, Half a Dozen of the Other" (Baltar's six-chip develops a fault and he starts seeing multiple copies of her...each giving contradictory orders and advice)
"A Nest of Vipers" (The fleet encounters an asteroid base inhabited by deserters from the first cylon war who subsist as pirates...and they fly Mk2 Vipers!)
"How Sharper than a Viper's Tooth" (heavy Adama-vs-Adama angst-fest)
"In Space, No One Can Hear You Cha-cha-cha" (a dance contest on the Rising Star leads to pointless one-upmanship rivalries among the pilots)
"Un-Tigh-ing the knot" (Tigh and Mrs. Tigh finally have it out and split up for good)

"The Opposite of Peace" (A Cylon envoy approaches the fleet under a flag of truce, offering to let the humans return to the colonies if they accept a Humanoid cylon as their new President)
"Bless the Beasts, and the Children" (When the Livestock ship is destroyed in a Cylon raid, meat-starved Viper pilots on a low-carb diet ambush Boxey in a dark deserted corridor and turn him into boxeyburgers)
"The Birdman of Aquaria" (episode focusing on one old prisoner on board the Astral Queen)
"(Star)Bucking for a Promotion" (When Tigh gets seriously ill, Adama taps Starbuck as his temporary replacement)
"Showtime at the Apollo" (a quiet card game in Apollo's quarters turns ugly when Tyrol confronts Boomer about her secret identity)
"Boomer Rang" (Someone has been making bomb threats using the intership phone in Tyrol's quarters, and the investigators suddenly remember who found all those missing detonators)
"Baltar, Star, Galactica" (Someone makes the understandable mistake of thinking Baltar is gay, and invites him to join the Galactica Musical Theater Troupe as they put on the classic Gemonese musical, "Eleven Lords of Kobol a-Leaping!")
"The Fun on Ice Planet Zero" (The crew finds an ice-covered planet and everyone goes for a skiing holiday)

I think at some point someone suggested "Nothin' but the rain" refers to the fact that in space you can't here anything except debri hitting your cockpit, and it would "rain" down after you blew something up. I think it should hence be about someone trapped in a damaged Viper, in a debri field. At some point I might agree, but there definately is something between Starbuck and Adama, they've done some shite in the past that they can relate to

Redspine's Baby Boomer is classic ;D So with respect to Redspine, here's season 2: 1. Baby Boomer (or Kill Bill part 3)--Helo. Starbuck and pregnant Boomer, plus other Colonial holdouts jump back to Kobol. Starbuck and Helo bring back 50 Vipers and 200 soldiers aboard a Colonial Fleet cargo ship. 2. I shot an arrow into the air, It fell to earth, I knew not where --the arrow points to Earth. It is at the far end of the galaxy. It will take over 6 years of jumps to reach it. 3. A Stranger Among Us. Pregnant Boomer wins over Tigh by providing Cylon Basestar codes, secrets to defending against Cylon attacks, AND that Baltar betrayed the Colonies. Plus he has chip in his head. 4. Cincinnatus--Tigh is in charge. Roslin is under house arrest. Adama is recovering. There are rumors in the fleet. Adama, although still very weak, knows that the mess needs to be cleaned up. Kara brought back the arrow, his son was trying to stop a coup. He himself lead the coup. So he calls the press, and tells them that Roslin invoked the Cincinnatus clause, giving him full military power for a limited time. He is returning civilian power to Roslin now that the Basestar is destroyed and the way to Earth has been found. Kara is celebrated as a hero....who followed orders and returned to Caprica. Lee's let out of the brig, but dad will not speak to him. Roslin and Adama are enemies. Well's running dry now 5.

Hmmm...yes, I recall that the classic series had a tendency to rip off movie plots. Towering Inferno became Fire in Space, Guns of Navarone got crossed with The Dirty Dozen and Ice Station Zebra to make Gun on Ice Planet Zero, and so forth. But now we've got 30 more years of movies to rip off!
"Terminate Her" -- Galactica-Boomer is ALSO pregnant, by Tyrol. With G-Boomer gone over fully to the human side, this birth of a human/cylon Hybrid must not be allowed to occur, since the kid would surely take the human side in the conflict. Six sends Baltar on a killing rampage aimed at preventing the birth at all costs. Hilarity ensues.
"Alien Resurrection" -- Using mysterious alien technology discovered on a planet they passed, Adama tries to resurrect his dead son Zack from a DNA sample. Evilarity ensues.
"Deconstructing Harry" -- A new model of Cylon is discovered, in the form of a Ragtag Fleet resident named Harry something-or-other (hopefully not Potter). Dr. Cottle gets permission to experiment. Vivisection ensues.
"The Evil Dead" -- The Cylons have been following the fleet, picking up the jettisoned coffins of dead humans who have been buried in space during the voyage, and making new humanoid cylons with their appearances and perhaps memories. In the confusion of an attack, a captured human shuttlecraft with several of these new infiltration agents tries to sneak aboard a passenger liner. Dead-relativarity ensues.
" Snow Falling on Cedars" -- C-Boomer and Helo have a rough time of it as nuclear winter sets in for good. Snowlarity ensues.
I'm sure my fellow RAians can come up with some more...

Hmmm let's see . . . "The Womb of Athena" Won't this be dealt with early in season two. With them having Apollo's Arrow and all. Same as above, surely they're gonna find these on Kobol. "Battlestars and Stripes" How about "Basestar and Stripes"? Or "All the Presidents Men"
